Examination Voucher/Photo Form

The BJT Secretariat, for the purpose of more tightened confirmation of the examinees and enhanced reliability of the Score Certificate, introduced the Photo Form in addition to the Examination Voucher on the occasion of the 13th BJT Japanese Listening & Reading Comprehension Test (JLRT) held in June 2006. Please do not fail to bring the Examination Voucher and the Photo Form on the test day.

Dispatch of Examination Voucher/Photo Form

Your Examination Voucher will be mailed no later than two weeks before the test.

You will see the examination place information on the Examination Voucher/Photo Form (only in Japan).
* In foreign countries, the examination place information will be attached to the Examination Voucher/Photo Form.

Undelivered Examination Voucher/Photo Form

If the Examination voucher/Photo Form are not delivered by one week before the examination date, please contact the BJT Secretariat within the "Period for inquiries about undelivered Examination Voucher".

Warnings about Examination Voucher/Photo Form brought on the examination day

1. Please attach the ID photo conforming to the ID Photo Code to the designated space on the Photo Form.

Attach the photo to the designated space on the Photo Form
The photo MUST:

measure 4cm x 3cm (without frame).
be taken within the past six months.
be of yourself only (group photos are not acceptable).
include your upper-body and whole face/head (hats and caps are not acceptable).
show your full-face (items that may hide all or part of your face, such as sunglasses, are not acceptable).
have a plain background without shadow.
be either color or black & white (photocopies of photos or computer printouts of photos (on regular computer paper) are NOT acceptable).

(2) Please write your name and registration number on the back of the photo.
*Please understand in advance that if the photo does not meet the above requirements, you may not be allowed to take the test. In addition, if your photo is deemed unacceptable (after you have taken the test), it may not be printed on your JLRT Score Certificate.

2. Please do not fail to sign the signature space

Please make sure that your signature does not get out of the signature space. Please note that your signature in the signature space is put on the Score Certificate as it is.
