Q1: I clicked on the link in the new-user activation e-mail I received, but I could not access the URL. Is my registration complete?
A1: No. You must access the verification URL to complete the registration process. If you are still unable to access the URL, please e-mail us at mailservice@jetro.go.jp, and provide your registered e-mail address.Q2: I am a first-time subscriber to JETRO E-mail Newsletters but when I try to register, the message “You are already registered. Please enter your password.” appeared. Why is this?
A2: Registered TTPP users are considered current users. Please enter your TTPP password to begin newsletter subscription.Q3: What if I forget my password?
A3: Please access the Password Inquiry page and enter your registered e-mail address. Your current password will be sent to you.
